One lovely Saturday morning, I found myself at Bri and Cole’s cozy home, camera in hand, ready to document a slice of their life that they wanted to preserve forever. Before the shoot, they poured their hearts out in a video questionnaire, sharing everything from the quirky details of their relationship to what they wanted from these photos. With their words in mind, I crafted a shoot plan that felt like them—rooted in authenticity and filled with the little things that make their story unique.

We kicked off the morning in their kitchen, where they made breakfast together, complete with kolaches (a special nod to a sweet moment in their relationship). As they moved around their space, laughing and sneaking smiles at each other, I quietly captured it all—the love, the ease, the comfort of being truly at home with someone. Then we sat down together to enjoy the food they’d prepared, and the conversation flowed effortlessly. They shared stories from their past, dreams for their future, and laughed over the kind of inside jokes that only years of being together can bring.

After breakfast, we shifted into their family room for some more intentional couple shots. I kept it relaxed because I wanted this to feel like a snapshot of where they are right now—a moment in time they can look back on years down the road, when everything else has changed but their love is still the anchor.
