A Beautiful Day at Venue 311: Rylie and Charles’ Heartfelt Wedding

There are some weddings that leave a lasting impression on your heart, and Rylie and Charles’ special day at Venue 311 was one of those. From the very beginning, it was clear that this day was not just about the two of them but about the deep love they share for their family—especially their sweet baby boy, who played such a big part in their wedding.

The day began with a relaxed and laid-back vibe, perfectly matching Rylie and Charles’ easygoing personalities. Their little one was right there with them, getting ready alongside his parents, and it was the sweetest sight to see. The chapel, with its stunning light streaming in, provided a serene and intimate space for the ceremony. One of the most touching moments was when Rylie’s sister gently held her dress as she shared a first look with her dad and son. When it came time for the reception, the large hall at Venue 311 did not disappoint. As the sun began to set, the room filled with the most beautiful, dreamy light—perfect for the evening’s celebration. Everyone was ready to kick back, relax, and enjoy the night, and the atmosphere was nothing short of magical.

One of the highlights for me was hearing Charles share stories with Bayli (my second shooter) and me about his son. He spoke with such pride and love, recounting his little one’s first steps and how much joy he brings into their lives. It was clear that the bond between Rylie, Charles, and their son is unbreakable, and seeing that love reflected throughout the day was incredibly special.

What made this wedding even more meaningful was the fact that we had previously shot Rylie and Charles’ engagement photos at Venue 311. Returning to the same place to capture their wedding felt like everything had come full circle.
